Delivery Information

  1. Delivery Zones:

Delivery services are available within the territory of the Kingdom of Morocco and also towards all countries of the world. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and public holidays.

  1. Current Delivery Times:
  • Delivery inside Morocco: 1 to 3 business days.
  • International Delivery: 2 to 7 business days.

The delivery date of your order depends on two factors: the processing time and the delivery time. For any order placed on a Friday, the package will be shipped on the following Monday.

  1. Delivery Costs:

Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are added to the order total at checkout, in addition to the cost of the selected products.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the exact cost before finalizing your purchase. Currently, delivery costs inside Morocco start at 40 MAD .
We recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order to minimize delivery fees.
Home delivery is handled by our partner responsible for shipping & delivery.

  1. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package in real-time. Additionally, bookondesk.com offers customers the ability to track the status of their orders via the “My Account” section of their customer account.

  1. Non-Conformity of Goods:

We recommend inspecting the condition of the product upon delivery. This inspection should verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of the goods, as well as their conformity with the order. No claims will be accepted after a period of 7 days from the delivery date.
